Pre order – How it works?

Sometimes the delicately crafted pieces you want to order are out of stock. This problem can largely be attributed to the fact that our artisans make their designs in limited quantities. 

We allow you to pre-order items and have the artisans exclusively handmake the out-of-stock products for you. Production time for many of the products will range from 3-30 days depending on the size and the materials used.

 

Once your order is placed we will notify the designer who will then give us an estimate of how long it will take for the order to be made and delivered. If the wait is too long and you want to cancel your order, you will be fully refunded for the expense.
